How does this usb card issuer work?

Connect the MCI-109 reader to your Windows 98/2000/XP device via the USB interface (powered stably through USB).
Place an EM-ID/IC/dual-frequency card within 2-15cm of the reader (depending on card type).
The reader will automatically detect and read the card in <0.2 seconds—confirmed by LED indicator and buzzer.
Data is transmitted via USB to your system for access control, attendance, or other intended applications.
