Intelligent Auto-Reverse Technology: The core of our system is a high-precision sensor integrated into the motor controller. If the boom arm encounters even slight resistance during its descent, the system instantly triggers an auto-reverse command, returning the arm to the full upright position.
Dual-Detection Integration (Radar & Loop): We prioritize a "one-stop" system approach. Our barriers seamlessly integrate with ground loop detectors and high-frequency radar sensors. The loop detector senses the metal mass of the vehicle, while the radar provides a secondary safety curtain for pedestrians or non-metallic objects, ensuring the arm stays open until the path is entirely clear.
Patented Self-Locking Security: For models like the S4A-BG2126, our patented crank rocker transmission provides a mechanical self-lock when the arm is horizontal or vertical. This prevents the arm from "drifting" or being forced down, maintaining a rigid and predictable safety barrier at all times.
High-Visibility LED Status Indicators: To further prevent accidents before they happen, our barrier arms are equipped with integrated LED lighting. These change color based on the gate's status, providing clear visual cues to drivers in low-light or high-traffic conditions, significantly reducing the likelihood of accidental impact.
