1. Function of elevator control

Elevator control is a kind of elevator control technology. A system device similar to "access control" is installed on the original elevator. Only after the card is swiped, the elevator will start and send the owner to the floor he wants to reach. Once the controller has hardware and software failures, the elevator can be automatically restored to the free state immediately. 2. Composition of ladder control

The elevator control is generally composed of a control board, a card reader (also known as a reader), and a card issuer. It should be noted that the offline elevator control is very convenient to obtain power. It can support power from 8V to 32V, so it can be directly obtained from the elevator back panel. The online elevator control only supports 12V power supply, so an external power supply may be required.

3. Control mode: There are three control modes for ladder control

The layer control: swipe the card directly, you can only reach the floor with the permission of the card, and you do not need to press additional buttons to select the floor.

Floor control: swipe the card to open the control of all buttons, press the desired floor button within the set time, and the elevator can reach the pressed floor.

Call the elevator: Only after the card is swiped outside the elevator car can the elevator call button be used to enter the elevator.

5. Ladder control installation method

All in all, the elevator control is the floor button in the elevator shaft or the door button outside the floor. Open the elevator button panel, you can find that there are 4 cables behind each button, one of the 4 cables is the positive pole of the 12V power supply (usually red), find it, and what we want to control is it.

1) Wiring of total control ladder control

Cut the 12V positive poles of all the floor buttons to be controlled from the middle, and connect the two ends to a wire respectively, and then connect the outgoing wires of the serially connected wires to the NC and COM terminals of the elevator control board. Why are they connected to NC and COM? As for the terminal, the safety factor must be taken into account, because connecting to NC and COM means that the line is connected by default when the elevator control board is powered off, that is, the elevator button can be pressed, so even if the elevator control board is broken, it will not work. Now, the elevator can still operate according to the original logic. Some people will ask, what is the use of the elevator control installation, don't worry, although the line is connected to NC and COM, but we can preset in the elevator control software that NO and COM are connected, and NC and COM are connected in advance. The COM is disconnected, so that only after the card is passed, the NC and COM will be connected, and the purpose of control is achieved.

2) Wiring of separate control ladder control
