1. Installation of access controller

It is recommended to install on the wall inside the door, the ceiling or the weak current well, etc., which is convenient for maintenance.

When installing the access controller, the convenience of installation and maintenance should also be fully considered. The installation steps:

1: Punch four holes in the wall about 1.4M above the ground.

2: Fill the hole with a straight plastic expansion tube 3.5*27, and then twist the FA type screw 3.5*25 in. The screw is about 2mm away from the wall.

3: Hang the screw into the hole of the controller that has been connected and the power-on test is OK. Move the entire controller down about 9mm and it will be fixed. When removing it, move the entire hole controller up about 9mm and remove it. .

2. Installation of card reader

Installed outside the door or inside the door, the height is 1.45 meters above the ground, which can be increased or decreased according to the customer's usage habits; when entering and exiting the door both need to swipe the card, the two card readers should be more than 1 meter apart, especially to avoid Install directly inside and outside to prevent interference.

Under normal circumstances, the two power lines and two data lines of the card reader must be connected; the buzzer and indicator lines can be used normally if they are not connected.

Check the card reader’s frequency, installation and wiring of the card reader are correct, the easiest way is: whether there is a record or not.

3:Installation and connection of electric lock and power supply

1. Installation of electric bolt lock

Electric bolt locks are generally used for single/double opening glass doors, frameless glass doors with upper frame and lower frame, upper and lower frameless glass doors, single/double opening wooden doors, etc., and are installed on the side of the handle above the door.

The electric mortise lock is locked by magnetic induction. The lock can only be locked after sensing by the magnet on the buckle plate. The buckle plate is usually installed above the door leaf. After closing the door, the magnet on the buckle plate aligns with the sensor switch in the lock and senses the lock. Therefore, the door can be automatically locked after it is closed.

4. Wiring of electric lock, access control controller and electric lock power supply

Electric locks with different performances have different connection methods, which are divided into normally open type and normally closed type. The electric lock relay of the access controller controls the opening or closing of the electric lock. Check whether the electric lock is installed and connected correctly. The easiest way is to open the door by pressing the exit button and check whether the electric lock is operating normally.

A. Wiring with special power supply for access control

It is recommended to use a special electric lock power supply for access control. The normally open terminal NO of the access control panel relay is connected to the PUSH of the power supply, and the common terminal COM is connected to the negative pole of the power supply. The electric lock is directly connected to the power supply.

Note: For normally open locks such as electric strike locks and electric control locks, the negative pole of the power supply is connected to the normally open terminal NO of the control board relay.

5. The installation height of the exit button is 1.45 meters above the ground, which can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the customer's usage habits.

6. Installation and connection of fire protection linkage, door sensor, infrared, sound and light alarm

Fire-fighting linkage, when there is a signal from the fire-fighting system, or when the fire-fighting equipment is connected with a fire-fighting signal, all the doors are automatically opened and connected with a 2-core wire;

The door sensor is used to detect the opening and closing state of the door, which is installed on the door frame and connected with a 2-core wire;

Infrared detector, used to detect illegal persons approaching the door, connected with 2-core wire;

Sound and light alarm, connected with 2-core wire;

When the door sensor detects that the door is not closed, or the infrared detects illegal information, an alarm is generated, and the alarm sounds.

3. The problem that the door cannot be opened (the electric lock does not work)

1. First of all, we must eliminate the problem of the electric lock itself. The electric lock is broken, or the power of the electric lock, or whether there is a problem with the electric lock connection; check whether the electric lock is installed and connected correctly, the easiest way is: press the exit button Open the door and see if the electric lock works.

2. Secondly, the door cannot be opened by swiping the card, first check whether there is a swiping record after swiping the card by the card reader;

3. Check whether the card swiping record is a legal card or an illegal card record. If it is an illegal card, please use it after authorization.
